Annual report 2021-22
The Academic Session 2021-22 had begun on 01-06-2021 up to class X through virtual mode due to Pandemic Crisis.
Mr. S. Godwin Raj, Principal addressed the parents on how the classes would run through virtual mode through Zoom App.
The following competitions were held during the pandemic and as well as during the regularised timings from the month of November.
Online Elocution:
The Online Elocution for the students of IV and V std had been organized on 15th August 2021.The topic was about the Freedom Fighters. The Elocution was conducted in both English and Tamil Languages. Mr. S. Godwin Raj, Principal and Mrs. Jeyanthi were the judges for the English Elocution. Mrs. Aruna and Mrs. Rama were the judges for the Tamil Elocution.
Online Drawing Competition:
Online drawing competition was conducted for the students from Grade I to Grade IX on 15th August 2021.on the theme Freedom Fighters. Mrs. Manimegalai and Mrs. Keerthana were the judges.
Carrom Board Competition:
Carrom Board Competition was held on 10th November, 2021 for the students of Grade V to VIII. Mr. Krishna Kumar, Mr. Hariharan and Mrs. Arul Vinotha were the judges. The winners were lauded on 14th November, 2021.
Bounce into the Bucket Competition:
Bounce into the Bucket Competition was held for KG students on 13th November, 2021. Mrs. Anbarasi was the judge for the Competition. The winners were given prizes on 14th November,2021.
National Girl Child Day Celebration:
National Girl Child Day was celebrated in the premises of the school on 24th January 2021 in which the students were given an insight about the protection of girl children from the exploitations they face in the society. The programme was presided by Mr. Godwin Raj, Principal.
Essay Writing Competition:
Essay Writing Competition was held for the students of Grade V to IX on the Topic, “ROLE OF WOMEN IN INDIA’S FREEDOM STRUGGLE” on 2nd March 2022. Mr. Jafri and Mrs. Arul Vinotha were the judges for the competition.
Fancy Dress Competition:
KG students and students from Grades I to V took part in Fancy Dress Competition on 3rd March 2022. The theme was the leaders that inspired them. Mr. Godwin Raj was the judge of this Competition.
Picture Identification Competition:
Picture Identification Competition was conducted for KG students to have a check on their concentration level on 8th march 2022. The students eagerly took part in the competition and proved their excellence. Mrs. Anushiya and Ms. Illakiya conducted the competition and finalised the winners. The winners were bestowed with prizes on 9th March 2022.
Quiz Competition:
Quiz Competition was conducted for the students from Grade VI to IX on the topic Science and Current Trends on 9th March 2022. The quiz was conducted by Mrs. Anbarasi.
Fruits Day Celebration:
KG students celebrated the Fruits Day every month from November 2021 to March 2022. Mr. S. Godwin Raj, Principal addressed the students and shared about the benefits of consuming fruits on a daily basis to have a healthy lifestyle. Students were given an opportunity to share about the fruits that they love the most to eat.
Sports Achievement:
Students participated in Karate, Judo, Silambam Competitions and other indoor and outdoor games held at various places in the District of Theni representing the school and won medals during the academic year 2021 -2022.
Concerning the Environment:
Students have taken an oath to protect the Environment and keep it clean. As a first step, they have initiated to maintain cleanliness inside the Campus as well as at their dwelling places. Their involvement in keeping their surroundings clean proves their love for the Mother Nature.
